MY STORY
I started my career as an engineer working on big airplanes. In that world, everything is math. Rules are clear, parts are fixed, and strict logic solves every problem.
But when I started leading people through big changes, I hit a wall. I learned a hard truth: You cannot program humans like machines.
When people are scared for their jobs, when the Works Council does not trust management, and when teams fight over money, the best plans will fail.
WHY DO I TEACH?
That is why I built a two-part system: The Heart & The Impact. I blend the strict rules of engineering with the messy work of building real human trust.
Today, as a Change Lead at Airbus, I test these tools in the trenches every single day. I don’t sell theory. I share what survives reality.
MY VALUES
My core values are deeply rooted in authenticity, pragmatism, and empathy.
I value “skin in the game,” choosing to lead by example and face the daily grind rather than offering theoretical advice from the sidelines.
Honesty and groundedness are essential to me; by openly acknowledging the messy realities of corporate life, like complex office politics and budget cuts, I connect with other leaders on a highly empathetic level.
Ultimately, I value proven impact over empty concepts, dedicating myself to sharing only the genuine tools and strategies that are rigorously tested and proven to work in the real world.
